		<description>I think one of the last words mentioned in this entry, &quot;Engaged Energy&quot; is what will be the difference between a project&#039;s success or failure.  You can be really effective at devising a strategy that can drive results.  But if there is no &quot;buy-in&quot; by those implementing it, then the strategy itself is only words.  And these words are worth as much as the paper that it is written on or the screen in which it is typed.</description>
